Processing Time
- All order will be processed within one business day if received by 3:00pm CST Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00pm CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in Chicago, IL. Most orders within the continental US will arrive 1-3 days from shipping date.
- Your shipping address must be a physical address (not a PO Box).
Damaged or Stolen Shipments
- Once your order is presented to the carrier, we are not responsible for damage to your order or replacing your order if stolen once delivered. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Gifts
- To help keep your gift a surprise, there are no logos or hints of what might be inside the box. It will be marked with generic “This Side Up” and Up Arrows to keep curious eyes from figuring out what might be inside.
